There are many different ways you can volunteer for Zebra Access, and the time you give really does make a difference to Deaf, DeafBlind and Hard of Hearing people and communities.
We really value all our volunteers, and you can expect to receive training, have expenses covered and be part of an excellent team. So please share your skills, experience and enthusiasm with us today, and you’ll soon discover what a difference it can make to you too
Zebra Access offers various types of volunteering opportunities:
- Be-friender scheme
- Community events such as Coffee mornings, trips and more!
- Supporting and running activities such as badminton, rambling, craft club, and more.
- Employment support
- And any other opportunities that may arise

Services
With the support of funders such as the National Lottery's Community Fund, BFI, Foundations, Trusts and so on, Zebra Access CIO provides a range of free services and support to Deaf, Deafblind, Hard of Hearing and Deafened people and communities. Zebra Access staff, volunteers have the right to work in a safe and abuse free environment alongside with service users. The organisation will not tolerate any kind of abuse against its staff, volunteers, service users or property.
