Our IAG/Triage Officer, Mirriam Banks, will be available for up to 20-minute appointments to provide practical support and guidance.

We can help with:

  • Letters and paperwork

Important Information

Please note that PIP, Universal Credit, Council Tax Support applications, and other longer or more complex forms cannot usually be completed during the 20-minute drop-in session.

Advocacy support is also not available during the drop-in session and cannot be provided on the same day.

If you need support with these issues, please book a separate appointment by contacting: advice@zebra-access.co.uk

Thank you for your understanding and patience.
