Walsall Employers enjoy FREE Deaf Awareness Training courtesy of kind funding from Walsall Business Support

to thank them for funding Zebra Access for the Walsall employers Deaf Awareness Training project.
Zebra Access recently completed providing FREE Deaf Awareness and Basic BSL Training to 30 Walsall employers, courtesy of kind funding from Walsall Business Support. The original objective was to provide the training to at least 20 employers but more came forward and we were only too happy to accommodate them all. Over 150 participants attended the training and their feedback scores and comments showed how they were impacted by the training and want more of the same!
97% agreed that the contents met their expectations.
98% agreed that the relevance of the training was appropriate.
94% felt that the presentations/materials and handouts were relevant and useful.
100% agreed that the Trainer had good knowledge of the subjects.
99% agreed that the training was of good quality.
99% agreed that there were opportunities to ask questions.
100% rated the Trainers maximum scores.
92% said the training made them more confident to work and socialise with Deaf people.
All participants said that they would recommend the training to their colleagues.
95% said that they enjoyed the training and had fun.
