Sign Away in the Park

In last August, we organised a event, Sign Away in the Park, Walsall. We had 12 people attend and we all had a good time, chatting away and catching up after months of no contact due to the national lockdown. Some people commented on how it was a relief to get out of the house and meet friends and staff. Thankfully, the weather was lovely and sunny on that day!

"I am glad Zebra Access are doing activities for us, in the community, like today at the park. I can't bare to stay at home for any longer. It was great to see my friends again after months of lockdown!" - Client from Walsall

"I really enjoyed today. It was lovey to see Deaf people again and Sean as well. The virtual events are not the same as face to face but as least Zebra Access have organised this event. So, people like me can meet friends at the park after a national lockdown. They are doing brilliantly because they (Zebra Access) have given me something to keep me occupied. I don't know what I would do without Zebra Access and Sean. Sean and Zebra Access are amazing!" - Client from Bilston.
