Transcript:
Hello. Last year in July 2017, Healthwatch Wolverhampton held a forum asking the Deaf community various questions from this feedback, they have created a recommendation report. As you are all wondering what will come of this, I can now confirm that a member of Healthwatch Wolverhampton will come to give a presentation regarding the recommendation report and explain what is in it and proposed next steps. As soon as I have a date for this I will let you know.
Just to make you aware, this will not be an opportunity to ask any questions as Healthwatch Wolverhampton and Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) will host a forum in September. It is very important for you all to attend this forum as it will be your opportunity to learn what is in the report so you can discuss it among yourselves and be prepared for the forum in September which will be an open discussion where you can give feedback.
Take care.
