Health Focus Group
Zebra Access is hold focus groups with NHS and Healthwatch Wolverhampton on Tuesday 24th November 2020 via Zoom. There will be two sessions (12:30-2:30pm and 6-8pm) so you can attend either one of those.
We want to listen to your experiences with the access to health setting (i.e - doctor, hospital, opticians, audiology, dentist, counselling, occupational therapy, chiropody, and many more) during the coronavirus pandemic.
Are health professionals meeting your needs such as:- access to the building, make a time for you, you are able to make an appointment, meet your communication preferences, chat via telephone/video conference or web chat, treatment and medicine and many more...
That could be either positive or the area that need to improve.
This is important for us to know your experience, then we can work with health professionals to improve the accessibility in the health setting for D/deaf and Hard of Hearing people.
BSL interpreter provided.
To book your place, please contact Sean Noone, Community Development Officer via sean@zebra-access.com or text 07472 958534
