Employment services update
Hello,
Hope you are well and keeping safe.
Recently, Chris Beech, our manager at Zebra Access, released a video clip talking about our services continuing through Lockdown.
I’d like to talk about our employment services, we continue to provide the service through one to one support through Zoom, WhatsApp, FaceTime etc.
Sadly, some of you have lost jobs after being furloughed, made redundant as companies cut back on their staff or, sadly closed down. But we are here to support you with things like CV, maybe need a new CV or can polish up your current CV. You might like training for a future new job or return to college to learn new skills. We can support with interview training and support in an interview and applying for Access to Work (AtW).
In the last 2 months, even remotely, we successfully placed 3 Deaf people in work and they are doing very well and still being supported by us to make sure they are happily settled in their new roles, we are very proud of them. We continue to support them when they need us.
If you need our support to look for work please get in touch, my contact details at the end of the video clip.
We’re here for you and look forward to hearing from you.
Stay safe, bye for now.
