Coffee Morning at Light House- Painting pots
To start off the summer, we did pot painting on the 3rd of August. We used flower pots and saucers to decorate our flowers for the summer. Everyone created their own designs and it was awesome to see what they came up with. There was a Wolverhampton Wanderers theme, butterflies, and many more beautiful designs.
Did you know that painting can help to reduce anxiety, depression, and stress. It can help people to feel calm and peaceful whilst painting, as creating art takes your mind off of your everyday life and provides a relaxing distraction.
