100 Year Heritage of Walsall Deaf Community Steering Group

Deadline: Friday, 20 September 2024

Step into history with Zebra Access! Thanks to the generous support of The National Lottery Heritage Fund, we are on a two-year journey to uncover, celebrate, and preserve the remarkable history of Walsall's Deaf Community from 1919 to 2019. As we commemorate the rich history of the Walsall Deaf Community, we’re also seeking dedicated individuals to join our Steering Group. This two-year initiative involves research, interviews, and the creation of a digital film, ensuring accessibility with subtitles and in-vision BSL interpretation.
