Barista Training Day
Zebra-Access attended a trial barista training day at 200º Coffee in Birmingham. We learned all about how coffee beans are grown and processed, and the different tastes and textures that can be produced. Then we learned how to make the perfect coffee, carefully managing the timing, weight and how finely ground the coffee was. Finally we learned how to steam milk to make different types of coffee, and had a go at making patterns for the perfect presentation. We thoroughly enjoyed the day, and would definitely like to go back for the intermediate training. A big thank you to our trainer Denis #coffeehead14. If you're interested in coffee making, please contact Linda Beasley at Zebra-Access; linda@zebra-access.com.
