Youth Development

The Youth Development Officer works with young deaf/hard of hearing people aged 0-25, offering a number of services such as workshops, support, youth clubs & much more. We work with a wide range of young people looking to engage in fun activities or access essential information.

We offer activities for deaf/hard of hearing children with a vartiey of different communication methods form using British sign language (BSL), Signed Supported English (SSE), and Oralism.

Through our Youth Development, we assist young people to improve and develop their life skills by offering specialised workshops to ensure full access to information & learning valuable lifeskills in turn empowering them.

We also work with parents seeking advice & support for their deaf/hard of hearing child/children.
