Hello everyone, I would like to draw your attention to this important announcement.
For those of you who are already involved with Zebra and subscribe to our e-newsletter you will be already be aware of all the great events and plans we have for the upcoming months. Due to new Government legislation known as General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) if you want to remain updated about all the great things happening at Zebra access you will need to opt in before the 25th May.
You can re-subscribe through our website, it's a simple and straightforward process and you will just need to complete our online form. Once you have done this you will be put back on to our mailing list to receive our e-newsletter.
However, if you do not do this before the 25th May then you will be removed from our mailing list and you will no longer receive important updates and news of our future events. To enable us to keep in contact with you we require your permission to send our e-news letter and email you periodically. If you are not sure whether to opt in or opt out or if you want further information about what this entails and how it will affect you, please feel free to email me and I will be happy to discuss it further. With the support of funders such as the National Lottery's Community Fund, BFI, Foundations, Trusts and so on, Zebra Access CIO provides a range of free services and support to Deaf, Deafblind, Hard of Hearing and Deafened people and communities. Zebra Access staff, volunteers have the right to work in a safe and abuse free environment alongside with service users. The organisation will not tolerate any kind of abuse against its staff, volunteers, service users or property.
